If this information is correct, it means that Prince has indeed given the go-ahead for his albums to be remastered, albeit only for vinyl reissues at this point.

right! my understanding is the remastering of the first....few to 5 has already been done and the rest will continue to be done. but I make no claims of a reliable source.

I have to agree with Jehovah on this one. Twitter is a complete waste of time and so unnecessary when they are so many better things people could be doing.

Well, I hope they're in your hands (and mine) soon. We did get a vinyl Purple Rain reissue. But these other reissues have already been delayed once, I think.

At least Prince can't take the original vinyl away from us.
