it's quite a good version, was on an old b side.

According the danish article, this will be released on the format vinyl LP only.

no doubt it will be made 'available' elsewhere at some point.

I thought you meant that Prince was getting a new album...

It's still cool news though. I'm a semi-big Foo Fighters fan so thats good to hear

And of course we all know.......... that Prince did his version of Foo Fighters' "Best Of You" at the Super Bowl halftime show - 2007.

I wonder if Foo Fighters have ever spoken about Prince, and vice versa, Prince spoken about them... ???

I remember Foo Fighters saying that they were big fans of Prince and were very honored.

It's a new album of cover songs that were previously released.

It sounded like when they first recorded it, Prince didn't even know who the Foo Fighters were. I'm sure since then, that's changed.

They released a Vanity6 cover also, but both versions were only released as single B-sides. I am glad they are releasing it in an official album. Great version, very respectful.
