@ dannyd5050 thanks for posting! This is great news. Prince is always a good draw on primetime tv. I'm glad he's not doing Monique's show. Doubt he will give an interview, but hopefully George Lopez's talk show format will allow Prince to play a new song.

if he doesn't do new songs at his concerts, why would he do one on George Lopez?

here's hoping, though. would be nice if it meant the ramping up of a new album. which it usually is.

I'm a little upset that he didn't do Jimmy Fallon with The Roots, but he's doing George Lopez.

According to ?uestlove, before they got tired of him flaking out Prince was supposed to come on and do 3 songs, including 1 with The Roots!

Had that happened, it would've been one of the greatest moments in the history of Late Night TV.

So, now he's gonna do George Lopez???

Hmm. Now he did promote his MSG shows when he was on the view. Could l Lopez lightning strike twice and promote LA/Vegas shows?? Only time will tell....

Thanks for the reply . I have actually been to a taping of Lopez tonight, and i can't imagine seeing Prince in person!!!

I went to that show twice last year. HUGE STAGE!!! Coincidentally I was just thinking today why hasn't he played there yet and tonight I read Ellisa's facebook post I hope gettin in will be as easy as the Leno shows were in the past
