Is it just me or did Prince actually go on national television without any eye makeup? He definitely looked younger and healthier. Other great images of Prince I was able to capture from the tv. He looks great. That first one I swear is that same look he gave the camera back in 1992 on the Arsenio show when he was done singing either Cream before he pretended to eat the guitar pic or when he finished Kiss..Love it!

the first thing i notice was his hair...or i mean WIG. hair doesn't grow that fast since the oscars

Aww...I'm sorry I missed this. This man is still fine after all these years. I think he looks great here because he appears to be at a healthy weight. He doesn't have that gaunt/sunk-in look I've seen him have a few years back. The color of that suit really is lovely. And he and Halle look so cute together....like they almost have the same pixie cut or something lol

I can't believe how sexy I still find Prince after all these years. He still has IT!

Did anybody see the women in the audience, when Prince took the podium? Kerry Washington looked like she was looking for any empty seat that was closer to the stage, to be near him. It looked like Prince went to the "Call My Name" video wardrobe dept. and picked out the same outfit; this time light blue suit.

I bet Eric is having a fit...Halle looked the most beautiful I've ever seen her! Wow!! And she said she's "loved Prince her whole life." What a way to stick it to Eric!!

I am with Halle on this one! I would have been more excited to get the award from Prince rather than the award itself. He looked as gorgeous as ever. He is so sexy and he still looks so good! That made my night seeing him on TV. I just wish he would have performed. I hope the grammys do a lifetime achievement award to him because he deserves it. I noticed that too! Its like all the women in there had the biggest cheesiest grins on their faces, they all wanted to rush that stage and hop on Prince....he looked stunningly gorgeous! He is gorgeous on pics, but to the naked eye, he is just breathtaking. I can understand what those women were thinking, "damn this man is beautiful and he's 52, no way!" Halle was beside herself!

Amen to your entire post. He definately should get a lifetime from the Grammys!! He SHOULD have been gotten it. I was thankful that finally the BET Awards gave him one. He is one of a kind and the best there is.. I LOVE all this positive energy going on surrounding Prince. The audience at the awards really loved him, couldn't stop screaming...he deserves all our love. Made my night too, I will be smiling all night while I work. BTW, His voice was so sexy!

We all want Prince to receive the many tributes and accolades that he deserves, however, the man is ONLY 52 years old. I think most lifetime achievement awards are given to people in their 60s and 70s. Besides, Prince has a lot more music to make and walls to break down in the industry for his career can be cannonized.

Yeah I hope they eventually give him a lifetime achievement honor too. I was shocked when Purple Rain was added to the Grammy Hall of Fame and there was a tribute for that particular album. But his music legacy speaks volumes more than any award or honor ever can.
