Sea of Everything MJ tribute I've seached .org for threads indicating that "Sea of Everything" is an ode to Michael Jackson, but haven't found confirmation.
Has ANY1 else thought the song is a lovely farewell message to the King of Pop?
U searched the world looking for a king, but will you settle for this Prince and Sea of Everything?

Prince has added Shake your body down to the ground to his shows in the last 9 months so no hate there. Unless of course respect is perceived as hate. Who knows what goes on in peoples' minds. It's an electrical time bomb up there.
I see where you could see it as a tribute in some ways to MJ but this song is definitely written for a woman, I'm quite sure. Tell me, where do you see the tribute to MJ? In what lines of the lyrics?

I never been a MJ fan, but I do believe both artists truly respected each other. I heard on the radio about a month ago about one of MJ's nephews who met Prince said there was no feud or rivalry. He even said they had a mutual respect for each other. | |
