I remember finding this track on the flipside of one of the ATWIAD singles (can't remember which one it was), me and my brother were always debating which track was better: the A side, or She's Always In My Hair!

I think "She's Always In My Hair" is one of those few songs that most of the Prince fan community, loves.

That guitar riff and the bass, kicks everybody's ass.

And...I just stole that pic of Prince with long hair, it's my desktop background now lol.

The first song I actually heard... in a high school after school coffee shop. This guy had it on his juke box! Everytime I went there, I had to make sure I had change so I could play that song... I remember the song "God" being on there, and 17 Days... Oh, those were the days!

A side was "Raspberry Beret" ("Paisley Park" in the UK).

I always loved the way the pop stations played Raspberry Beret while black stations played She's Always in my Hair. Same for Let's Go Grazy/Erotic City.

And SAIMH is easily my all time fave. I dont think I have ever made a compilation CD for anyone that did not start off with the extended version of that song.

The first thing to 'personalize' on my brand phone or should i say minicomputer earlier this week. Otherwise i would not recognize my own phone ringing.

It starts of really nice, nobody knows what it is (before prince starts singing you either pick up the phone or the vociemail takes over).
