Camille sang on some of Prince's best songs ( If I was....U got the....).

Unfortunately, they had a falling out in the studio and Prince was obliged to sing the songs live ( see the "Sign O"movie).

Now that Camille seems to be back here's hopin' we'll see her on stage soon with P.

This song was featured in AOL news, claiming that it was a rip off of Madonna's "Express Yourself". They had a player with both songs so people could decide for themselves.

Nope, haven't even heard the song. My general explanation of Camille was beside the thread's point and in nothing in relation to the reference of the song.

Camille was heavily used on SOTT, Black Album, and can later be heard on Crystal Ball, but has been introduced all the way back in the 1999 album on Automatic as background vocals. He was probably not aware that he would name her Camille and create that concept back then, but it is from what I know of the first sign of him messing with Camille.

I would totally drop $17.99 on a Lady Gaga & Camille duets album. Fuck it, I’d drop $17.99 just to hear Erotic City recorded with Gaga on Sheila E.’s parts, although messing with a track that good is probably tempting fate.
