Just perusing the Concerts forum looking again at .Org member Irinact's photos from the February 7th show ~

I'm reminded of just how much of a class act Prince and this concert series was. Those of us who were lucky enough to attend even one or several shows were treated to sheer variety in talent, musical genres and art forms, presented for our pleasure by Prince and the other entertainers.

There were surprises like Sheila E. asending onto the stage to everyone's suprise, a marriage proposal, a serenade, Dr. Cornel West and Whoopi Goldberg dancing on the stage, Misty dancing on the piano like a ballerina in a jewelry box, Maceo and Larry Graham doing their thang, Esperanza, Shelby, Elisa, Liv, Mint Condition, Janelle Monae, Cassandra and and even the good natured Kardashian folly at the last show.

Prince sang songs (new and old) that no one expected and he delivered what was promised night after night. There were after shows, Prince sightings and outfits galore both on and off the stage!

Fams from across the United States braved the snow and the rain to come together to share in the good times and listen to some good old fashion American rock, soul and funk.

People from all walks of life, no issues, no problems ~ just fun.

It would be truly wonderful if we could live each day as if we were at a Prince concert, wouldn't it?
