I could totally hear him doing a cover of The Bar-Kays "Boogie Bodyland" or his take of "Freaky Behaviour"

If it breaks when it bends, U better not put it in!

I'm going to have to research those, forgot how they go.

My wishes from Parliament/Funkadelic: guitar on Cosmic Slop, Knee Deep, Quickie, Maggot Brain, or on the bass of Funkentelechy!

He has performed One Nation Under A Groove, or parts of it at least.

How could you not know this Ashateiks, especially how you seem to complain about him playing some of the same songs. I have no problem hearing an artist do covers. It is no question he's covered Barry White, Janet Jackson, James Brown, Sly & The Family Stone, and even Afro-Cuban Mongo Santamaria's music.

What you mean some of the same songs, I haven't heard of him covering some the songs/artist I mention?

And should have said in the thread "Black Artist Funk Songs" is more what I meant. So I'll edit.

And what James Brown songs has he covered?

'I Don't Want Nobody To Give Me Nothin.'

Other Soul/R&B covers would include 'La, La Means I Love U', 'Betcha By Golly Wow', and 'When Will We Be Paid?'

Of course there's all the GCS & Sly Stone covers as well.
