Prince songs that affect your everyday life? I wanna know how P's songs affect people.
Because Some of his songs inspire me to change my lifestyle(kinda wierd, huh?)

I don't think I have changed anything in my life just based on his music, but I do identify with certain songs based on the mood I'm in or the mood I want to be in.
For example, when I am proud of myself, I sing along to Cream....you're so good, baby there aint nobody better. When I've gone through rough breakups, I play Sweet Baby. When I'm feeling frisky I sing Darling Nikki and change the name to Carrie!

This might be a bit deep but Planet Earth came out the same time my father died and while listening to it the first song talked about what we are doing to our Planet 50 years from now and the madness that is the human condition.Prince does have song lyrics that make me think and this certainly did.you lose a loved one and think about your mortality and religion also plays its hand in things.that was a tough year.

I can't believe I'm going to get deep here with you people but for me it's Somebodies Somebody. I don't have a man and I truly wish I had a one to be with and when that song comes on in my iPod, it just hits me where I live. Being lonely ain't fun but that song makes me feel like I'm not so alone and the only going through that kind of feeling. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

They don't really affect my every day life.
Listening to them, does enhance it though. "I don't think you'd do well in captivity." - random person's comment to me the other day
