I posted this on another recent thread, but I still would love to know why the live version of I Would Die 4 U sounds different from the album version, which is supposedly a live version as well.

My favorite part is the "Oooh-ooh-hoo" part...and luckily, that's on the 10-minute version, so I'm good with the shorter one. But I do love to jam to the long one every once in a while, same way I do with the America extended version (both of which are particularly good to put on whilst cleaning the house).

Yeah I usually put on It's Gonna Be A Beautiful Night to clean the house and what's this extended version of America? I miss so much Princey stuff it's a shame

Remember that prior to CDs and bit-for-bit copies, these outtakes were taken off of analog cassette tapes of various generational degrees back in the day, so playback on a song this long could be off quite a bit depending on the deck's calibration and the stretching of the actual source tape. That and fade out variations are why so many boots have the same songs with different timings.

America extended is a perfect motivator for those huge clean up jobs you put off and don;t want to do at all... Just used it myself.
