Saw a video last night of snoop singing some song about sensuality - can't remember what it was called not that good though but he was dressing like P - and the video did that thing with the mirror like in When Doves Cry and he was wearing almost the same hat - was all that about ??? anyone else seen it ?

It's called Sensual Seduction and Snoop dressed like quite a few people in the video but yeah there were a few "Prince, what's happening?" moments.

I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

It's actually called "Sexual Eruption", with "Sensual Seduction" as the airwave friendly title.

Snoop's a fan of the "Minneapolis Sound". He's done several records, giving up to that movement. From the 213's "Joystick", "Which One Of You", even the (unreleased) original version of "Head Doctor" and that's just a small peak.

Snoop definitely waves his funk flag high! "Sexual Eruption" is a great jam, although I prefer the clean version "Sensual Seduction" simply because the words seem to flow better in the chorus with the softer syllables.

Love me some Snoop!

There's also an unreleased Snoop jam called "Purple", featuring Val Young, that uses the topline melody from "The Glamorous Life".

Nah. Snoop is still too popular. Prince will prolly wait til he's in the dollar bin before (and IF) he fucks with Snoop. That's P's steez. Working with rappers that used to matter yesteryear. Or rappers that never mattered at all.

With Q-Tip and Common being the exception. lol

Personal tastes aside, I guess you're right in terms of relevance. But as for me, I've tried to exorcise them from my mind. disbelief
