Does Prince work out in the gym?

He always puts so much physical work in his videos and concerts, plus he is doing all those moves on high hills.

If he works out then where he does it? In his house? And where he works out when he is touring?

What kind of work out he does?

I would love to see his photo on treadmill or lifting weights or even more sexy on yoga mat.

During a tour of Paisley Park, we were shown his bench and weight set. He also has a small gymnasium where he plays hoops.

From looking at the recent pictures I'd say he's eaten a few sammiches and done some weights. He looks very good.

The man lives off the Spirit and barely eats, and if he does, it's veggie and tofu stuff. Had some cake to take home when on date w/ Bria.

Mind and concentration are always on music. Seen a few pics from the D&P or ACT era w/ him and weights, he has played or maybe still plays basketball, heard about ping pong but heard nothin else other than that. Plus he's always danced and still dances for living along with main musicianship, so that definitely keeps the fat cellies off.

And definitely not, no plastic surgery ever involved in man's life. He's naturally exotic, beautiful, & young looking. Don't ever get it messed up

Hellz yes! I still can't get his toned stomach out of my mind when I saw him at the 12/29 MSG concert. I was freaking out when he unbuttoned his shirt...my god! I was telling my mom during all the loud screams and music that Prince isn't 52, he can't be! He doesn't age...good genes, plus he watches what he eats. And I don't believe he's had any work done which is refreshing because so many celebs his age had so much crap done to the point where they don't look human anymore.

I saw his abs on concert on 12-29, and I thought "wow, he look good", and he is thin to this day.
I guess he has good genes, his father was thin man also, so maybe he doesn't have to work out hard like most of people.I also like has beautiful heart-shaped face.
I just wish he was doing all wild stuff on stage like he did before.

As far as I recall, he used some portable gym equipment during the German leg of the Lovesexy tour in 1988. Then there´s the bench press and the dumbells and barbells in the Get Off video ( the VHS tape, not the promovideo). And there was a picture of him with dumbells around 1993, during the Act I and II tours. Also keep in mind that Kirk Johnson is a personal trainer and former gym owner and has always been heavily into working out, so that may have had an influence on Prince, too.

I find his current look amazing, considering that he´s already 52. He is one of the most age defying artists in showbiz I have ever seen. His diet is probably a major factor, too.

Instead of releasing that 21 Nights book, he should have written a book on longevity and fitness, that would have sold like hotcakes.

no plastic surgery are u kidding....look at old ghetto nose to white skinny nose he has now! u people so gullable!

I think he used to work out in a more regular way with weights around Dirty Mind and then realized if he looked bulky he would look kind of short and thick, so he seems to have a strategic workout in place to look toned but still as slim as possible

I know that the paper in Houston in 1985 (when he played 6 Purple Rain shows) had a detailed look at his request list for his Hotel, and there were two little dumb bells requested.
