i already got the one with the yellow cloud guitar and the graffiti bridge/george clinton one...just lurking ebay and found the npg one THREE CHAINS OF GOLD. are there more?

I'm going to check because I think the one was reissued (with a different size pin badge, or without the badge) so details of that might get uploaded to the relevant pages too (depends what I find!)

EDIT: The 'Alter Ego' version on Prince Vault is the UK imprint issued by Titan Books under licence from Piranha, and featured the 'free badge' on the front cover.

I also managed to pick up the US Piranha issue at the time of release. It is slightly smaller than the UK issue, the paper quality is more coarse (resulting in poorer colour). The story itself is identical, but the front cover is slightly different (no badge, or bar code, different price details), and the inside and outside back cover is markedly different (inside gives different credit notes, and outside advertises the 'Diamonds and Pearls' album release).

I thought the Prince/George Clinton one was unauthorised/unofficial. Can anyone shed more light on this release?

I always wondered what they're about (and there's now way i buy copies lol!). Could anyone b nice enough to quickly sum-up the storylines of the 3 comix?

Todd Loren, who ran Rock N Roll Comics, supposedly was killed by the same guy who wound up murdering Gianni Versace.

there's another one. it was a bio with a flip-side bio on Madonna. what's the Rock & Roll Comics issue? was it officially licensed?

I have the Alter Ego one..it's cute. The bad Prince isss sooo hot!! When my brother saw it he asked the comic seller how much. He told me it looked like he didn't want to sell it to him
