Scandalous question
Prince composed Scandalous with John L. Nelson it says on the back of the Batman CD. Is that any relation to prince? I was kind of disappointed when I read that because I like to think Prince did that wonderful song all by himself.

Haha! I was a little bummed too but atleast he had a writing part. Yes John Nelson is his father.

John L Nelson is listed/credited as the co-writer of Scandalous but his actual input and what he did in to the song is not known. Some people think I'm kinda cute

As pointed out above, it's not known whether his father actually contributed to the song writing - only that Prince decided to give his father a writing credit. ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |
