Jamie Foxx on David Leterman Says He Was a Little Schoolgirl at the Prince Concert FUNNY!!!

The hands-down highlight of Jamie Foxx's appearance on David Letterman's show last night was his discussion of Prince's concert at Madison Square Garden last weekend. "It was the vintagePrince!" said Foxx, who brought his 16-year-old daughter to the show. "I've seen Prince a lotta times and sometimes he'll go into himself and start singing about scriptures and stuff like that," he laughed, imitating Prince reading a Bible passage and then squealing. "But this time, he came out and went straight into ['Let's Go Crazy']. I was like a little schoolgirl, singing all the songs — to see a grown man singing 'Raspberry Beret' at the top of his lungs?" Rob Sheffield reviews the...erica tour Later in the show, Foxx and his daughter joined Whoopi Goldberg, Naomi Campbell and others dancing onstage during "Kiss," and they met Prince backstage after the show. "He had, like, a shawl on," Foxx said. "He's the only guy that can get away with that: To be able to rock a shawl as a grown man? That's amazing!" Foxx also performed "Yep Dat's Me," from his new LP Best Night of My Life.

J. Foxxx is a trip when he explains some form of story or not in the FIRST place but, when he talks about Prince, I'm all ears. I remember when he said he met Prince for the first time and he kinda got 'stuck' as a man because he looked in his eyes. I remember that interview with JF like it was burned in my mind because I've met Prince and the same kind of thing happened to me. I looked into his eyes and lost my train of thought. Never happened EVER in my life ... LoL
I do not doubt that man's word for one second when it comes to Prince now ... LoL Peace ... & Stay Funky ...
