My first album was Purple Rain, and then Sign of the Times. Emancipation was the first cd I actually bought myself though, the other two were vinyls my friend gave to me. And together we'll stare into silence. | |

My faves of this every time I listen to it is: Face Down, Somebody's Somebody, Friend, Lover, Sister, Mother, Wife, In This Bed I Scream, Betcha By Golly Wow, Slave, Style, and the title track. Peace and be wild! | |

Yes! that lyric is one of my all time favs too. I also like The Love we Make. "Sacred is the prayer that ask for nothing, all the while seeking to give thanks for every breath we take".
