The House that Prince Painted Purple! Purple has come a long way, Baby! Remember when it used to represent little old ladies with their lavender scent and purple house dresses? But then there was Prince and purple was given. . . . attitude! Normally renters don't like renting because they can't make it “theirs” and owners of rental properties sure don't want “attitude” paint colors! This entertainer not only made a $70,000/mo. rental “his”, but in the only way he knows . . by painting it in purple stripes! Today, however, this fantastic mansion is no longer purple and is back to its sophisticated glory. Originally built by playboy Hal Hayes as a $600k bachelor pad, over the years tasteful additions have been added to the point that it wants for absolutely nothing; even down to an ozoned and oxygenated safe room. Imagination and innovation prevail here, even in the pool with a seductive grotto behind the waterfall. Do nothing else until you've explored this awe inspiring entertainers' paradise! A steal listed under $9m.
