IMO Egypt was clueless. She obviously doesn't know his music all that well so she was left asking dumb questions or reading texts or taking calls. Any one of us on here who are true fans could and had him in a room for 15 minutes could have asked way better questions and gotten way more out of him. I hope he sold some tix at least. | |

Egypt did just fine. Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews. | |

Egypt is NOT clueless. She did a good job for the type of interview it was. This was a promo for the concert. Not promoting an album. No personal life questions. It's just was Prince wanted. He wanted to be interviewed by a beautiful woman that took calls and wouldn't be in his business.

I was surprised how he commented on something from the PAST as well, regarding the texter's Dick Clark interview from AB. He was like it really wasn't an interview b/c he did all the talking, but ol' girl was talking over him, he couldn't get all his talking out. Remember Prince, you and the band planned on staying quiet b/c you didn't want to seem fame-hungry and silly. Ya'll was too cool for all that
Not really, his MSG shows were already sold out WAY before he came on the show and there's only a "few" IZOD tickets left for New Jersey. The only thing he has to do is sell out the new January 18th show, if tickets aren't sold out already or if the sale hasn't started yet Yes, at 19, I finally saw the Revolution, a legendary band. And I talked to Wendy!!!  In addition to seeing Prince, I have now lived life. Thank you Purple People!! | |

The interview that Egypt did with Prince was great. I did not hear all of it. She actually told him "Can I touch you" When he said yes, she replied " Where do you want me to touch you ?" She wants him to sing "How Does Cry" at his concert. You can hear the interview at: WBLS.COM. It is nice that she is a fan of his. You can tell when a person is not a fan by the questions they ask. | |
