I was just at Target and they had Lotus Flower for $1.98. I picked up a copy just to have it (I'll keep it sealed).

The 3 disc set can now be found for £5 in the UK, which is quite cheap considering that it it an import over here, imports tend to be a lot more expensive, at least in the UK.

Target is the only store that was supposed to sell it in the US and have had it priced at 99 cents off and on for quite a while. Most mom and pop record stores have the CD set too, but probably bought them from Target.

I crack up when I go into the local record stores and see it used for $5.99. One of these days, I'm going to tell them that Target has a never-ending stack of them sealed never going for more than $4.99 and usually 99 cents.

Yeah, one of our local second hand music shops had it priced at £15 recently. If that was not bad enough, they had a sticker on the cover reading "rare."

i've never seen it at any store but target, where i bought it a few months back for $5. guess i should've waited a bit longer...

Best Buy was the sole US distributor for The Rainbow Children as Target was for Lotus. I'm fairly certain that anything both chains have is going to be old leftover stock.

A collector's item? Yes. Rare? No. It's out of print, but will probably never fetch big bucks because they made too many of them.

I bought it for around $8 on eBay (including like $3.50 postage fee from America to Australia).

That and that damn 21 Nights book. When Borders started selling it for $5, I snatched up several copies to sell at a later date. Unfortunately, Borders still seems to have a never-ending supply of the damn things a year later. That book has to have the largest print run in the history of publishing

im not one of those collectors who leaves things in a box. i'll keep the box on the top of my closet. i got tons of action figures and cars and stuff...cds? na. i wanna open it..

to the lucky ppl who were handed prince guitars in europe. forget a shadow box. if i got one i'd learn how to play it and love it...maybe kiss it a few times...rofl but i wouldn't just leave it behind glass like its quarintinied
