Just compare these 2 pics...To my eyes, he looked really "old" during the Dirty Mind days. Alot older than his age of 22...Alot has to do with the facial hair and maybe the hair cut, if I compared these 2 pics, I'd say the top pic was older. Just my

Incidentally, I thought he also looked very old-ish at that GMA TV performance w/ Tamar in 2006 with the pink and blue outfit, I think? His hair had some kind of floppy combover - very unflattering. Same look he was sporting at the American Idol performance. Old and sloppy, imo!

Totally agree with u SPIN...that performance in the pink and blue outfit....that hair was a HELL to the no no.... and it was the same for the American idol performance...Sometimes his age shows a little, especially when he loses weight.... and then some months later he appears youthful again...Like when he did "Somewhere here on earth'' in 2009 on Leno....looked way younger than back in 2006.. and also these recent pics of him from ET online with his chest exposed..many 30 something and above aged men would kill to look like that ok.... who knows? Maybe after an oxygen facial and some young punani he becomes rejuvenated again....

Heres's some advice Prince...sleep will do wonders for you...the whole "I never sleep", staying up for days in a row...all night into the next morning...well at 50 something...those bags under your eyes are not so easy to hide anymore....

I agree with that too. Yeah, we yellow skin people tend to show our age faster than others.

I agree with that. He tends to look 10 years younger than his chronolocigal age. If you look at pics of him when he was 25 he looked more like 18 (so almost 10 years younger).

Good genes and healthy eating habits are key as well as being on the small side. There is biological age and chronological age. He is for the most part a very healthy man; hardly ever gets sick. I believe he has made the necessary choices to avoid succumbing to an early or painful death like his parents. There is an actress, Marilu Henner, who has written several books on how diet can virtually change one's health from poor to good and how you can take years off your appearance simply by omitting certain foods from your diet. A lot of the things she speaks against are also items that Prince doesn't consume like cow's milk, white rice, gluten and sugar.

Yes absolutely.....he was one of my inspirations when I decided to change my eating habits cause I wanna be here for as long as I can....you are basically what you eat...so true. I'm in my late 20's and relatively slim 5'10, 138 pounds but sometimes I used to feel like I was about 50 years old...so got more active, changed my eating habits and I feel about 20 now .....It takes great discipline and it's not easy for me to stay away from stuff that will clog up my arteries in a second but I take one day at a time......Need to cop this book u speak of.

Do you even know what people on Prince.org look like? If people want to criticize the way someone looks and you feel you disagree, calling them ugly in a passive-aggressive way isn't going to make your point to anyone but you.

It comes to all of us sooner or later. And it generally ain't pretty - no matter how well you take care of yourself. (Which means you don't smoke or drink - ever, get plenty of sleep - always, and eat perfectly, assuming you know what that is. And who does that?)

Prince is amazingly well preserved. And my original comment stands - you should hope to look as good.

No he hasn't - looking at the recent pics from Rome and Milan it looks like he hasn't aged at all for the past 20 years - looks young, fit and sprightly and love the recent outfits!

Once of the pics from Rome looked like it was taken in the Batman era.

I was worried back in 2002 when he kept wearing suits at concerts - looked far too businesslike. Now hes back to looking creative and cool ...
