Respect to BruthaMoorice, but what GZA says is actually:

GZA's rap on that song is about rappers and wannabe rappers, so it's kinda cool that he acknowledges how Prince "smokes" the guitar whenever he touches it.

I forgot about that Common one. He also kinda mentions him on One DAy It'll Make Sense, on "All Night Long"; "... the artist formerly known as Sense...". Punk ass Cannibus also drops "... the artist formerly known as witcha gay ass" on "Making A Name For Ourselveas".
