Paisley on the other hand is located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by private residences who hate having their roads blocked by cars parked on the curbs. It was speculated that the congestion around Paisley events was one of the reasons why the Celebrations were discontinued.

I thought about it. But he hasn't toured the US in six years and we all know how he feels about his past work. A tour seems much more likely.
