Hey, does anyone know if this is going to be broadcast on any channels? I know its unlikely I'll be able to stream it over here but if I knew at least a channel I could have a look...is he big enough still that it may be shown live?

Naw, won't be on television live. Especially if it actually starts at 6pm. The newscasts are in "prime local news" then - and New York City stations would not break into their prime local news show for a Prince press conference.

Prince has the best fans. I became a member of his fansite because honestly, I find his fans more interesting than him and his music as of late. I think his fans will be happy after he makes his big, predictable announcement. Live Nation is the way to go when an entertainer needs to make as much money as possible when going on a world tour. Many fans on this site predicted a world tour months ago.
