listening to -and recentky watching- the performance of Forever In My Life-Act Of God in Berlin I have to say I was REALLY impressed. I think the lyrics of Act Of God really work very well with the FIML music in the background. Although one may argue about the religious statement made in the song, the heartfelt lyrics work really well with the almost hypnotic loop. (as opposed to the almost party-like atmosphere on the record) . Having heard all the shows I think this really is the highlight of the ''tour''

The performance of FIML with AOG is good. The Berlin show is probably as close to great as he's going to get right now. I definitely enjoyed watching it. However, without any desire to start an angry flame war, I'm kind of over Prince taking great SOTT songs and making them more religious. It's gettin' on my nerves a bit.

I agree, alle the preaching etc is getting .... AOG however I think is not so much a preaching song as it is a protest song against people acting inhumane in the name of God, which is of course a very valid point. Therefore the great fit with the music of FIML.....
