Wasn't "Dorothy Parker" recorded under a technical error? I'm sure that it wasn't intentional since Susan Roger said in DMSR that she was scared by the end of the recording that Prince would've chewed her out, instead he was delighted by the outcome.
The abrupt ending appears couple of times in Prince' music, D'Angelo used it in "How Does It Feel". |
