MIND BELLS, which he wrote for Kohoru Kohurimaki OPEN BOOK, which was later recorded by Jevetta Steele, but his stripped-down, drumbeat/piano version is in my top fave Prince songs EVER... i long for a perfectly clean audio version of this treasure =( Maybe there's hope, as it has no curse words & would be ripe for an official release??? love love this hawnting classic! i remember being facinated by the vid, sinead with her baldie head god love her & while i love to hear prince sing this i still think she did the song better than him
around the same time that she had a hit with this i bought a cd by 'MXM'. don't know anything about MXM
but it the cd contains 3 really nice dance remixes of nothing compares 2 u 1 - dove edit 2 - love mix 3 - remix
i think they might be a foreign group cuz she sings 'i go out every night & sit all day'
