nme - greatest guitarists of all time... nme have been asking their writers and readers who is the greatest guitarists of all time in their latest issue......guess what......prince is nowhere to be seen.......?.....now i am not saying that prince is the greatest....he isnt......but he sure as F**K beats most of the names that have been mentioned on that shit magazine.......they even had john lennon in the top 20 ???.....now i am a huge beatles fan and lennon was a genius songwriter but no way could he come anywhere near prince's brilliance on the axe....when will prince get the recognition he deserves on the guitar ??? . http://www.nme.com/rate/greatestguitarists/63 | |

it wasnt surprising but, you know, its not just about how good he is on the guitar....its about the FEELING and the EMOTION gets can bring out when he plays...not all the greats have that gift......and almost everytime he plays...its perfect for than time and place in the music.....look at while my guitar gently weeps on the rock n roll hall of fame...absolutely brilliant ....and he LOOKS and PLAYS like a star on a stage full of music greats..... | |
