It's my fave movie ever. If solely for the feelings it gave me. There is no canon answer for the film, its designed to be interpreted as said by Lynch....but he did also say it's his most autobiographical film....! I love that about his projects, though(and his TV series - one of my fave shows). People can bring out the "self-indulgence" accusations, but they could never say that his movies are devoid of any sincerity & emotional depth(no matter how gruesome/disturbing the images are). | |
