I got to say that they got it right here - Lavaux is the track for me on a great album. If you listen it has all the feeling of the parade album - mountains for sure. I am not saying it is of that quality but makes me think back. It sure is a good, tight pop song though - nice to see that he can still produce these without going to 5 mins plus.

got to agree with you 319 - cool that you use that name but I kind of love that he keeps Lavaux to a tight popsong Parade style

Damn. Only one? Beginning Endlessly, Compassion (the lyrics are all "we are the world-ish", its so cute!), Act of God (MESSAGE!), Laydown and the second half of Future Soul Song. That one starts of really draggy for me but pick up towards the end.

Did anybody notice that Nice was the only show they played the album endlessly on the PA before the shows? Including Laydown, without the delay of the unnecessary, empty tracks.

Sticky Like Glue or Laveaux.. too soon to tell and I'm too indecisive

Actualy it's nice.. this is first album of his in a while I don't find myself skipping tracks. So the song stuck in my head changes day to day.

When I first posted, I was on one song, but there are a couple more that I hum, too.

Beginning Endlessly and Laydown. Act of God was a big disappointment.

I was going to ask, too.

I usually like protest songs, and the lyrics had some nice parts. I was expecting it would be musically more interesting.
