I am not sure if this has already been posted or discussed but has anyone seen this photo of PRINCE?

I found it on my friends FB page and it apparently seems to be taken recently for the 20TEN project but I am not sure.

This picture was in the Mirror the day of the 20Ten giveaway, I guess no one here scanned it since no one cared about the pic. until it was scanned from the German Rolling Stone a couple of weeks or so later.

it is him... but i think what is making it look weird is he seems to have no moustache.

He looks like hes 23 here, except if you look at the wisened old hands, still I don't think its him, this guy looks more Asian Indian rather than African American. The lips are too thin and his face has cheekbones that are different

It's the pic that accompanied the article in the Daily Mirror. It's him. It's the no-tache thing that makes him look strangely different (as someone else has already pointed out).

Oh god, this had better not turn into another lookee-likie thread, there's one of those practically weekly round here now

He has been using Fender Strats for the past decade(-ish) - Musicology, Earth Tour etc - and he did use this dark purple version for Crimson & Clover on Ellen.

And the one in this picture has his single and double pickup setup as seen on the Cloud guitars onwards...

he looks darker here than his other pics.

It's also used in the German Rolling Stone article, apparently.

Reminds of last year when that instrumental showed up on MPLSound.com. Certain people swore blind it wasn't him... Then went quiet when the full version came out.

I'm used to people swearing black is white on here, but it baffles me when they're arguing over a photo where they're failing to recognise someone they're supposed to be fans of!

i know it may seem silly but the ears seem wrong.they are kinda big and stick off a bit too much.the hands seem off too.i always luved his hands. i hate to say it ,but i compared a bunch of pics to this,and i don't know.i thought at first look it was him until someone said it wasn't.then i took a closer look.anyways. no, i don't have anything at all to do ,all the kids are out of the house ,iv'e done everything that needed to be done,so here i sit analyzing prince pics!!!!!
