It's just the height difference, he always makes her walk a distance away from him so they don't look so ridiculous together. I'm sure he's not dragging her, it's ok

I don't think this picture is very flattering to her. She does resemble Cher in an overly plastic surgery way and other photos I have seen of her she does not look like this.

I think it is the hair or the way it is done, but it is not showing her best.
