From the beginning I knew what was up about being a fan of Prince.

Upon 1st laying my eyes on him, and hearing his music I knew that he wasn't, uh, "normal". Not normal everyday/hour listening for this kid even though I was born and raised the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Hell, there was a time, back in the day, when Michael Jackson was normal and Prince was the "weird one".

Still, a huge part of the reason I dig Prince is because he has (and continues to) march to the beat of his own funky drummer. I will always dig him because he does what he wants to do, exactly how he wants to do it. He lives life on his own purple terms. People thought Muhammad Ali and Mozart were crazy too.

This latest "internet is dead"="Prince is crazy" makes me smile. Despite the fact that he was (mostly) half misquoted. It's been too long since the masses have collectively raised an eyebrow at Prince.

As a fan, I don't want my grandma to dig Prince. Just like I don't want people who dig Nickelback, Dave Matthews, Eminem, Kenny Chesney, or Justin Bieber to dig Prince.

Prince wouldn't be Prince if he wasn't asking for a camel to be delivered to Paisley Park in the wee hours of the morning. Prince wouldn't be Prince if he wasn't . Prince wouldn't be Prince is he wasn't (and always has been) paradoxically religious/spiritual and super sexy at the same time. That kind of stuff only adds to the legend/persona that he is a madman/genius.

I suspect that, truthfully, he is actually much more normal than he let's on. I suspect that his persona is a bit of an act. I mean, how weird can someone who was born, raised, and continues to live in Minneapolis truly be?

I actually couldnt give a s**t what anyone else (but God) thought of Prince if im being honest..

you might be on to something there, but in my opinion, he'll always be a jughead.

I have believed that Prince is on "the spectrum" for some time now. I won't be inflammatory, but for those who are very familiar with the various criteria for being on the spectrum, they might see how I arrived at my suspicions.

I just think that people invent their own reality for all of the entertainers that they admire.

Spend quite a bit of time in Uptown. Not as much nude bike riding going on as you'd think

lol..I know..I love uptown..And they have so much Prince stuff at Cheapo

I just figured that since it said that he was weird even though he was raised in Minnesota, I would bring up the whole uptown thing. I love the variety of people there, but it's crazy.

I was thinking about this today, actually. After much internal debate, the conclusion I came to was that I wish I was insane as the multimillionaire, world famous musical genius Prince.

There is a Garden center close to my house. It's called, "Wild By Nature."

I don't think any of us can stop our feelings from doing whatever it is we do as loving animals...In a Good Hearted Sense.

Maybe "Crazy," is just a word used by people that only see a small piece of the puzzle of somebody else's life.

I have always believed that Prince is "Determined," and enchanted with purpose to make the world a better place.

I've been called "Crazy." In many cases being called, "Crazy," doesn't mean, "Stupid," or "Disoriented."

God the Dealer, deals our hands, and we play the best we can in the name of love.

delightful little angel fairies had a wee chat with Jehovah one day and asked him: "is prince crazy?"

Jehovah, in all his majestic wisdom replied: "No Comment."

In my opinion, Prince is only 'crazy' because his fortune allows him to be.
