Prince was meant to perform a 9-minute set....

Prince was meant to perform a 9-minute set after his Lifetime Achievement Award acceptance speech and tribute, but instead he exited the stage and left the building while the crew was putting together the staging for his performance. The stage was whisked away and almost trampled the petite rocker! Thankfully, a quick-thinking stage hand jumped in front of Prince and stopped the moving stage from causing serious harm.

P. Diddy was there all day, just walking around, but very present. He even walked Prince to his seat! They were chumming it up and had a few laughs together. (Did anyone see this? wish there was video of this.)

I'm not sure if artists are meant to perform when they get the Lifetime Achievement award. It's about the other guys paying tribute to the artist. If Prince was meant to perform, they would have reordered how things were done, like having another video or something after his acceptance speech, to give him time to get to his set and get ready to play.

For the BET Lifetime Acheivement Awards, the honoree usually performs after being honored. This was the first year the honoree didn't perform.

Maybe, Just Maybe Prince knew what was in store and just decided to sit this one out. lol

Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.

So 3 out of 5 did NOT perform? Your definition of "every" needs some work.

Janelle has a full head of thick hair, and wears it natural. Do you mean the front part of her own hair became loose while she was dancing, and it was hanging in front of her face, while she was performing or that hair she possibly added to Help hold down the front part of her hair, came loose and fell on the floor? Because I remember seeing a vid, where she was performing and the front part of her own hair (the bangs)loosened, and was swishing in front of her face.

Believe it or not there's women copying her hairdo now, tons of vids of people trying to do the tighrope.

I didn't Diddy walk Prince to his seat. I did see he Prince walk across the stage to his seat and go over and hug Londell.

Oh okay, so she probably needed that to help keep the rolled bun in front of her hair down tighter. I remember watching one of her performances on video, and her own hair in the front came loose, and was swinging in her face, while she was performing.

So did you have a good time at the show. What did you think of the tribute performances, by the ladies, at the actual show?

There have been 10 Bet Awards all together fool. So its actually 2 out of 10 that didn't per4rm. Like I would have to explain myself 2 U.........

Does it warrant calling Billymeade a fool? His question was valid. You noted only HALF of the BET awards you've been outside taking pictures in the fan bleachers allegedly attended. You've only attended five, and two of those times no one performed. So his question "3 out of 5" is correct.

PS You TOTALLY explained yourself to him. falloff

Yeah she probably has some added pieces in that quaf for thickness and height. Can't wait until that child changes her image. I'm not too keen on the image, but I like the talent.

Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that?

To be honest, I think eventually she will. She's just getting recognized lately, so we will see if this will make her change her stage presence anytime soon, as far as what she wears when she performs and her hairstyle. Funny thing is there's videos of women on youtube showing others how to fix their hair like Janelle's hairdo, so apparently some folks seem to like her hairstyle, not to mention, there's vids of people trying to do the "tightrope" dance. I think she'll be okay for now.
