A Friends Korean Prince Story So I have a friend who is currently stationed in Korea and she has been a Prince fan since kindergarten. She actually refused to go to school (kindergarten) without a raspberry beret...A beautiful girl with an even more beautiful heart and my comedic soul mate. I called her "Purple Hippie" credentials out the other day...and this is the story that was sent to me earlier today...She represented the man in full effect...I'm going to send her the link to her story so let us know what you think...Now dig if U will this picture....
Okay so as you know I am in fact in the wonderful piece of paradise known as Korea. I figured since we are on this Prince Rogers Nelson tangent... I would tell you about my first experience with soju my second weekend here. So my shop takes me out on my "green bean" adventure. I held it together pretty well though nothing too bad but to prove my undying devotion to the purple one... here goes... so we were ending the night at one more bar when a coworker decided to go to Miss yous, yons, yums ...something like that bar on the strip, and I go in and it seems like a cool chill little place but people are listening to some real buzz kill kind of music like creed or something god awful... and I am of course in the party zone having just polished of a kettle and I tell the guy flipping through songs on you tube to be projected on the wall to put on some Prince and the two songs he could find in his drunken stooper was "Darling Nikki" and "Kiss". I had just met my coworkers and wasn’t sure of their cool factor to play a song about our little darling masturbating in a hotel lobby so I choose the safer option and went with "Kiss". So it comes on and I start cheering like I am in a Prince concert and immediately the whole bar wakes up from their depression from previous musical selections and start singing along at the top of their lungs...it was like this big gray cloud was lifted in the room...people were smiling it was a sight to see...It was almost like my own little musical-It couldn’t have been scripted so perfectly....Than the bar owner who I thought was a juicy girl came over and said and I quote " why R U play this crap in my Bar????!!!" Only Rock!!!! I NO Want this!!!! I snapped my head so fast as if she called me out by name and said "excuse me!!!!".... everyone is actually enjoying themselves now and we spent a shit load of won(S) -ohhh yes I had the "S" in there---- in your CRAPPY bar and you won’t allow 1 Prince song to be played in your establishment (somewhat slurring).... Are you freakin' kidding me...and I turned to the bar and said "HEY YOU GUYS>>>She just put down Prince---I ethically cannot spend another dime ---or won whatever you want to call it in this place I am out!!!!!!!!!!!!!--- R U with me????? And immediately in this one moment in time... the planets aligned and the ARMY and the Air Force and some old retired dudes and their "company" united silently and walked our asses out of there, I vowed never to return! That’s the real POWER of the people in the New Power Generation! The bar owner looked shocked and super heated... and the looks on my coworkers faces were priceless. Aww it was a glorious moment! I wish you could have been there to see it! I earned much respect that night. I hope something about that night doesn’t end up on my going away plaque. LOL So I ask again, who is a NON-purple hippie?????? Puh-lease I got Prince’s back globally! What What! So that’s my Soju story and I am sticking to it.... how about you????? whatchu got....

Show some more kindness:-| No a lot more "kindness" than that:-| We're all ordinary people and sometimes get excited about excitement in everyday life.
@the T/S: Thanks for sharing your story. I'm from South Korea.
