On Facebook there is a group called "365 Things To Avoid In The Twin Cites". Most often the topic is about local places, media, stuff like that (and whomever is writing the subject/status updates for this group is quite witty and funny, and I usually get a laugh out of the comments as well...)

Today's status update/topic is this:

"Every self-respecting Twin Citian should avoid being bested in the inevitable conversation topic that begins, "I once saw Prince [fill in location] and he was [fill in activity]." People expect these unique nuggets from our oral tradition. Please help the less fortunate by sharing your Prince experience. These will not be fact checked."

I haven't read through all the comments yet, but there are already almost 100 comments posted. No doubt some of them are bogus or lame attempts at humor, but I'm sure there will be a few legitimate accounts of run-ins with Mr. Nelson.

I just thought you guys here might like to check it out.

Just finished reading through the comments so far - most of them were as I expected: lame attempts at humor. But there were a few that sounded sincere, and hopefully more will be posted later that will actually be serious and true.

lol the chips one made me laugh because i love chips

if prince likes chips as much as i do then hes an ok fella in my book
