Eye listened to the album last night. West has always been my favorite track next 2 north

It's my favorite on the album. It always evokes a really strong response from me. I'll listen to the whole album at times, but West is something I listen to frequently, on its own, and just drift away into.

I played WEST on my radio show for Prince's birthday last week. I played some other associated artists, but that was the only Prince track I chose. It's brilliant, I love NEWS more and more each year. I'd like to hear another instrumental album out of him, even more diverse. Diving deeper into jazz, but also into more orchestral stuff like Parade, and electronic grooves like Discojellyfish and the outro of Strange But True.

I agree 100%. I've always been a fan of P's instrumental and orchestral stuff. That's why I love N.E.W.S. and some of the various things you mentioned. Also why I really like Rainbow Children and Lotusflower. It has those elements. I dunno. 2000/2002 P really dug deep and released some heady stuff. And I thank him for it.

It is Brilliant! I have loved it since I first heard it Prince really does some beautiful instrumentals
