i heard some stories on the org about prince playing practical jokes on people

and the twins said he liked to joke around

anyone heard or know of any stories of prince playing any pranks

or anyone know some jokes that prince made in interviews concerts etc.. that made you laugh

the jokey prince intrigues me

that's what I alwyas thouught. I wrote off trying to remember what it was.

aw that's so cute imagining him be a prankster, I didn't know that side of him though I suspected it in Purple Rain when he had Appolonia strip and get into the water

In one of his bios (was it Dance Music Sex Romance?) he was said to have spoken to Chaka Khan on the phone pretending to be Sly Stone. Apparently Chaka got mad when she got down to the studio but eventually cooled to him.

At the end of the Cream remix he rang someone up (who said he'd raised Prince, whoever that was) and pretended to be doing a survey of whether people liked the song.

The listener said he ddin't like anything Prince had ever done to which Prnce replied "I guess you've got a personal problem there right" then they started arguing like 'nigga what's wrong with you!'
