i've been looking for it since forever but it
doesn't come up on any searches i've done.

iirc it's from the rave era and it's a rather
bleak spooky looking picture. prince looking
straight ahead with long hair and a long coat.

it's black and white or sepia.

anyone?

Could this be the picture you're talking about? It's not by Anton Corbijn though, it's by Steve Parke.

thanks for posting guys but it's not the pic i'm looking for yet.

he's standing upright, looking right at the camera, i seem to
remember some smokey eyes kind of make up too, lol.

it must have been made during or shortly after the rave period.

perhaps i'm wrong and it was a steve parke picture after all, as
it does resemble the arboretum/leaves pictures that came with
the rave in2 picture booklet.

but i still have this thought in my head that it was in fact an
anton corbijn picture.

it was on a street, iirc, possibly a viaduct in the bg or a bridge
and a lamppost next to him.

I think i know which one you mean.
is it quite a scary pic and i he wearing a long beige jacket?
He's quite evil looking in it.
