Regarding the tour - prince had 2 optional dates in israel for the very end of July, during these negotiations it became clear that he has several options in Europe for July-August. The Israel concerts won't happen. Don't know about the rest of Europe but our guy is looking for some of your ticket money this summer.
Regarding the album, A VERY good source. Sorry I Can't elaborate.

I can't remember how many weeks in advance The Mail on Sunday announced the Planet Earth deal/giveaway back in 2007 but wouldn't we have heard something by about this UK newspaper deal (assuming the release is still going to be June/July AND it's as much of a done deal as you imply?)
