A part from the odd few songs I dont have I must say this release is a disgrace! Disc 2 the worst i mean they have lifted FBG's Box O Chocolates and placed it hear with no credit to FBG and there charging you what? about £30 for this when almost all of it is freely circulating?

Almost everything on here is easy to find so please DON'T BUY THIS!

Save your money for the summer 2010 boots or even better, dont buy this stuff at all!

I always thought Eye's releases were good and now i have lost all repect for them!

What do the rest of you think?

Mmmmm, i dont think u can really complain about people who sell illegal recordings. U obviously never checked the tracklist b4 obtaining this release which would be a fairly sensible thing to do. I hope u never paid a lot of money for it?

I'd never buy a boot. It's so easy to get them free online. As it should be, if unreleased material is being distributed.

And yeah, seems like most of it's ripped from other recent cleaned up releases or Lotus/NPGMC odds n' ends. That's convenient, I suppose.

Question for anyone who knows... is this the first time the other two remixes of Dance 4 Me have been available?

where the hell does anyone buy these things anymore anyway? I *used* to see bootlegs like this in record stores. But I don't really any more. And if I do, it's the same ones I was seeing 10-15 years ago lol Same copies too, probably....

If you never paid for it, what are you complaining about? You just got a load of good tracks in good quality for nothing! I dont see the problem.

I'll tell ya... if there were collecting all the lf.com stuff, why didn't they put the full, unmolested version of Colonized Mind that doesn't get interrupted by FB,FG,FW on there? now THAT would have been useful. and i mean the one that was streaming from lf.com, not the radio rip.

Everything, except maybe 2 of those Dance 4 Me remixes, has been freely available for everybody.
Seems to me those "pressed" labels are specializing in ripping off other releases and collecting money for it.
Their recent released "Vienna Ball" is another example of this dubious practice.
Shame on them.

You beat me to it. It's all Prince's fault!!! lol
Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews.

What's the source of this version of "The Ball"? Anyone know? I have never heard it this clean before. But the beginning, the fade-in, is missing. Still, it sounds near perfect to my ears, on par with the Box O' Chocolates material.
Bonus: I didn't buy it cool

Aside from the confused song versions and the selections:
You can complain all you want but you forget that you either have a bunch of mp3/flac/apes, perhaps on a CD-R or on the ipod (does it play ape yet?), or you can have them on a more or less proper (90-minute?) factory pressed CD.

I really don't approve of putting officially released material on bootlegs, especially considering the sources for some of these tracks are low quality mp3s, that's pretty scuzzy.

There were bootleg releases with the NPGMC stuff though, so it's been going on for years. Kinda reflects on how little new circulating unreleased music there is to put out.

You obviously didn't read and/or didn't understand my remark.
Downloading stuff doesn't equal a nice medium.
Even though certain companies make you believe it is.

tbf their WOW release was A+ quality, and disc2 here comprises the BOC and the pulled I'll Do Anything EP which're as good as you're gonna find.

Not sure if I understand this?
You're basicly saying this release is justified, because they ripped-off FREE releases and are charging money for it???
Except the odd 2 D4Me Remixes, NOTHING on this set is new or an upgrade.
But it's alright to charge crazy money for it, only because it's pressed?
What a joke of a release. (and so was WOW for the record)

I meant as good as you're gonna find online, was just pointing out that the quality's pretty good on the whole. I'm surprised anyone would pay for boots nowadays.
