Not all the time but if you did an average over the last 20 years, it's a definite yes.

I'd have to say lately my car CD time is divided between Prince (Diamonds and Pearls) or Led Zeppelin (Physical Graffiti) On the home CD, some Big Star, Minutemen, Joy Division and other stuff. But, overall I'm certain I've listened to far more Prince than anything else in my life. Y'all?  ... I'd have to say based on a percentage that I listen to P (& The Related Artist) 90% of the time I listen to music.Peace ... & Stay Funky ...

There's a lot of Purple stuff to listen to, but my musical tastes are so splintered and broad that retro funk sometimes takes a back seat to punk, ska, 60s-70s country, new wave, rock etc. Prince is still in my top 5 favorites, though. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
