Prince isnt washed.
Lotus is just another example of the bad out weighing the good.
LOtus has enough good solid tracks to make ONE album. Bria's cd was a waste.
MPLSound and Lotus had enough tracks to make a great album. A few examples...
-Crimson and Clover
-Colonized Mind
-Chocolate Box
-Boom
-No more Candy 4 U
-Dreamer
-Better with Time
-Feel Good Feel Better Feel Wonderful
and Im sure we could throw 2 or 3 more tracks in there somewhere.

My point is, if The above would have been the album, we would probably be praising the album.

But unfortunately if target paid Prince an more than 1 million, they probably didnt make a decent profit.

Once the hype is gone, you still have to get rid of the copies you have left. I love gettin' the new music, the day it comes out. It does not bother me if the album was $1, it would be cheaper for me to get another copy if the previous copy goes bad. When I buy the new albums, I burn it to my computer, upload it to iTunes, put it on my iPod and the iPhone and the disc is never played again. Oh and I may burn off a mp3 disc too.
