Seriously, does Prince suffer from ADHD?

he starts a project, like a new album, promotes it for about a week or so (if we are lucky) and goes on to the next thing...before the project has time to hit the cd racks in most collections.

My sister thinks that she herself is an undiagnosed ADHD sufferer (both her sons have it).
She flitters from one thing to the next, often thinking about whats to come, not what she is doing.

This sounds to me a bit like Prince, especially when it comes to his last 2 websites.

As i said in an earlier post, i have two nephews who suffer from ADHD, so i dont mean any disrespect. It just popped into my head, thinking about all the mess P has got into lately

ADHD people can't finish things off, have no structure in their surroundings and they fidget a lot not being able to keep still. Prince has finished loads of material and project. What pics I've seen of inside PP and studio things look perfectionistly organised and finally, in public, I haven't seen him fidget.

What Prince suffers from is FAME - I think fame is more deadly than ADHD.

i suspect that he's bipolar. possibly undiagnosed.

as far as the ADHD? it wouldn't suprise me.

sometimes the two can co-exist in a person.

but to what extent i don't think there's any sort of person that can determine bipolor , maybe i don't know much about it but some. i don't know unless you go to folx that can determine that ...i don't know much but i've been looking into this..

my sister's ex had that...she left him cuz being around folx like this it's difficult.

No. I teach kids with ADHD. Prince is actually very focused with great attention to detail.

Seems to me P. has lost his spot on the earth, and because he doesn't take constructive criticism well, will remain woefully out of touch and continue the warp speed careen into irrelevance.

No, he doesn't have ADHD. People with severe ADHD wouldn't even have the patience to finish a song, let alone an album. With a lot of Prince's records (not all, but many), you can tell there's a lot of attention to detail. Also, he's obviously put in a lot of practice to be able to play all those instruments.

I'd argue that, if anything, he's slightly autistic... Obsessive nature (rumored to spend days upon days in the studio), has a slightly 'different' view of the world, egotistical etc...

I LOVE the way people are using a star sign as though it was a scientifically proven fact. Good going, guys!

Startsigns and astrology are a load of bollocks and have no actual bearing on the real world.

Prince suffers from Assholism.

There's no cure, but don't worry, it's not an isolated case.
