I Love Prince and I want to defend the masculinity of the statement that is made. As an example of what I mean...the song, "And God created Woman," has the same masculine quality. It is a man that is uniting them as one flesh.
I will never like the childish reference this writer makes when defending a man that I Love.

I love that Prince is getting called on his shit. There was a time when there were small-minded people hurling their wasted epithets at a man who seemed to transcend gender roles. He was an inspiration to millions of young people and adults throughout the sexual-identity spectrum. Now Prince seems more and more like a close-minded homophobe who can't even see past his high heels and makeup to realize how ironic his attitudes are.

Besides, Prince should stand as an object lesson to everyone: If you take the silly and pretentious move of changing your name to an unpronouncable symbol, you will be made fun of for the rest of your life. Period.

Vendetta~ I'm not personally bothered by the word, "Bitch." Every woman could never deny having a sliver of it in her. Prince even mentions, "BillyJB." in the song, "Eye Hate You." Which is a song we all Love. I even love the song, "BillyJackBitch." I can't condone Prince's name calling, and I would think their disagreement is considered the past at this point.

I do pronounce Prince's Symbol as, "Man & Woman United with God thru Love and Music." Maybe it's just Grace that allows me to Feel the Love that it stands for.
