Moments that make all well in your little Prince world Got home tonight from a long Monday's work. Got out of my scrubs and into my jammies. Hubby had tv on the Cleveland/Miami game, but it was at halftime so I started looking to see what else was on and lo-and-behold, Purple Rain was playing on one of the movie channels.
Since my hubby was in the kitchen singing "Adore" at the top of his lungs  I decided to see what part of the movie it was and was THRILLED to see that "Darling Nikki" was just starting.
YuuuuuUUUM!!! That's a moment that makes all well in my little Prince world.  I'm firmly planted in denial |

During the Dirty Mind video, the camera pans in on him & his crotch when he sings "I really get a Dirty Mind" and taps his heel to the floor and u can see "everything"

I have another one.
Hubby and I were fifth row at the Prince concert at the Aladdin in Las Vegas (in 2002? 2003?) that ended up on dvd. Show started with blue, green and white stagelights streaming down on the drumset. Almost looked underwater, very psychodelic! Anyways, *blink* Prince is on the drums  (one of my absolute favorite Prince things period!) then, spin out and without missing a beat, Sheila E. is on the drums, , then spin out, without missing a beat John Blackwell is on the drums 
It was a BEAUTIFUL thing! I get giddy just thinking about it! I'm firmly planted in denial |
