Prince on a Comic Cover Hi all.
For those who are interested here is a link to the picture that Brian Bolland painted in 1991 for a Prince comic book cover. As he says, Prince bought it from him and paid him quite nicely for it. I had that comic, but I sold it a couple years ago.
The cover is cheesy, but it's actually a pretty good likeness and composition. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

I have this comic book, the 3 Chains of Gold comic book and one that was a "history" comic on how Prince rose into fame in the late 1970s & 1980s. The third "history" comic was also a double comic that featured George Clinton. | |

This one tells the tale of thereturn of evil Gemini, who is Prince's musical enemy, as he tries to incite a riot through his music, but Prince saves the day, as well as some girl who is about to have a  shaped stage prop dropped on her, before playing some uplifting music that shatters Gemini's spell.
