how about a live dvd of totally new material.....he did it with The Undertaker.....why not a new album/dvd performed live with multiple cameras and a full(er) band?

Hell, I wouldn't mind if it was filmed over several 'shows' and edited into one...

this might even keep everyone happy - the naysayers that say he's 'over-producing' in the studio, and those that say he's not performing as well in concert as he used to (or more to the point we've seen it all and heard it all before).....how can anyone complain when they don't have the 'original' material to compare it with....a full show of new material played live...rock/jazz/funk all fused together as only prince and the band can!

I was hoping for another concept album.

I am always going back to the Rainbow Children. Absolutely love the Jazzy tones.

I would rather have a DVD of Montreux or Paris if possible.
