About the "Squirrel-meat" reference.

Firstly, it is definitely squirrel and not swirly as someone said. If you watch the SOTT video, at the end, it actually quotes that line in the credits.

Secondly, I think Prince is using it as some dark, ugly, off-putting metaphor for Ecstasy. Someone coming around offering it out to the party people, "real good...aftertaste just lasts and lasts" - possibly referring to how long one pill can last and how you may want more. "You kiss somebody, you wanna party all night!" - well, people get well "loved-up" on E and certainly party all night!
"You do too much, your skin'll sensitive to the touch - the first person that touch you, you wanna fuck!" - again, with the heightened sexual energy that E provides, this line fits well!
Remember that this album was recorded around the time that Prince had, alledgedly, experimented with ecstasy (also, apparently, resulting in the song Anna Stesia). And, the song also contains one of the least Prince-like lines of his career - in fact, to this day I cannot believe he sings this line (though, it is in a deeper voice, so may be one of his bad/weak alter-egos (like Spooky Electric)) and it's "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em" - that kind of attitude has never been in Prince's philosophy as far as I can recall and is perhaps used to show the attitudes of people who take drugs.

Just my opinion!

Similarly, it could all be a metaphor for funk, as RD says. As usual, there are many ways to inteperet what Prince actually means!
