Christmas Holidays… Do you think Prince gives his household staff time off over the Christmas holiday period…?
If so, do you imagine he’s on his own… don’t want him to be on his own… could offer my house keeping skills…. can clean, wash, mend….. would leave the cooking to him… What do you think, will he be on his own over Christmas? | |

I'm sure he gives them the day off, but they have to be on call.

It's a safe bet that he doesn't give presents, but maybe a paycheck bonus or something? Who knows. Remember, he's a JW, and they don't celebrate Christmas in any fashion. He probably gives them the day off because it's a legal holiday, and he does understand people, unlike him, have families to spend it with, and people make plans with family. I wonder what he does. He doesn't seem to talk to any of his family per se, so I can't see him going to Duane or Tyka's house for some ham and dressing. Frankly I think those that don't celebrate Christmas, or Easter, or July 4th, (like Jehovah's Witnesses) should have to WORK on those days. Christians work on Jewish holidays, because it's not our time to observe that holiday. But if JW's choose to not observe holy days, or American holidays, then work! Let the stores stay open for the rest of us who need to make a run somewhere. Ultimately, he'll spend another lonely Christmas at the Park, dollars to donuts. [Edited 12/7/09 9:56am] | |

He's a JW
I used to work with a woman who was of the JW faith. She told me that JWs do not celebrate Christmas. It's just another day off work she told me.
